Extended summer movie night for park activities!

Ultimate in karate forms, breakfalling, self defense skills, pad work, discipline and team building training.
Paddleboarding and Jericho beach days!

801 W.22nd – west side of park
1:00-2:00pm training followed by BBQ
Dojo classes close 12:15pm, join us for training at the park!
All ranks training will be running 11:15am at the dojo as well.
