Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Meditation

Hatha – Vinyasa
Mondays 8:30pm

Poses will flow, focusing on the rhythm of breath and a steady practice. Postures improve flexibility, strength, circulation, and decrease stress. Take the time to focus on the inner self and have fun!

Roll & Release
Wednesdays 8:30pm

Classes flow with Vinyasa Yoga. Massage balls are incorporated to roll and release bodily tensions. End the day with restorative poses for relaxation.

INSTRUCTORS

Sensei Amber Murphy RYT 200

Sensei Amber is the Head Instructor of Purple Dragon Kitsilano and martial arts for over 16 years, and in 2010 she did her RYT 200 certification with Pacific Elements Yoga. Sensei Amber has studied Ashtanga Yoga over the past decade with Professor Jacob and has specialized in Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga.

Her Wed night class focuses on re-charging the body through flow yoga, massage techniques, and relaxation to connect the self.

Martina Wiltschko

Senpai Martina is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in the Don Jitsu Ryu System and has been a yoga practitioner for many years. Her Monday Hatha-Vinyasa class focuses on warming the body with flow sequences, and breathing techniques. Relaxation is encompassed to release stress and take in empowering words before you stretch the body out for a good sleep.
